For José Caetano Silva, Portugal is not yet at the same level as the rest of Europe. “We need more companies with a long-term consultancy attitude, and there are clearly some “formulas” in our market that are simply “deals” with a short-term perspective”, he notes, adding that “Portugal clearly has a problem of its size, which implies that there is a need to change the attitude of existing companies rather than getting new companies to come”.
