Multinationals and Large companies

Despite this agreement, José Caetano da Silva does not hesitate to leave a warning: “it is important to understand with which companies the executive search firm works: the so-called ‘off-limits’ are very important for success.” The head of Talent Search also stresses the importance of there being, behind the consultant, a research structure, without which “it is not possible to present a thorough job.


The sector “is worth, maybe, one fifth of the Spanish market. Its small size and relative saturation is responsible for the fact that some important ‘players’, on a world level, are not even present in Portugal” José Caetano da Silva, from Talent Search, says that the value of the market “is probably five million euros.
